    HR Manager

    Job Summary:

    The HR Manager will oversee and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role involves implementing HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting talent acquisition and development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of labor laws, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Mediate workplace conflicts and foster a positive work environment.

    Performance Management:

    • Implement performance evaluation processes and facilitate feedback sessions.
    • Support managers in identifying training and development needs.

    Policy Development:

    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
    • Ensure effective communication of policies to all employees.

    Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain employee records and handle documentation related to HR activities.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee payroll processes and benefit administration.
    • Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for compensation adjustments.

    Training and Development:

    • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

    Workplace Culture:

    • Promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred 
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
