Role Summary

Our client, a leading global supply chain and agribusiness company with operations across Africa, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its HR function and drive effective people management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, employee engagement, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
• Manage HR records, payroll coordination, welfare, and disciplinary processes.
• Provide strategic HR support to management and department heads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, agribusiness, FMCG, or supply chain.
• Proven experience in a senior HR/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
