HR Manager at ARTECH 2000 Limited

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Managing employee relations and promoting a positive work environment
• Overseeing performance management processes
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Supporting organisational planning and workforce development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and organisational planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft office 365 including outlook, Odoo HR model or HRIS tools would be an advantage.
