    About the Job

    Are you looking for an exciting role in HR where no two days are the same? Would you love to work in a fast-paced environment supporting a growing startup transforming the gig economy in Nigeria?

    Secure hub Connect Limited is looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Ibadan. You’ll play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and staff engagement.

    This is a full-time role, requiring going to the office.

    What You'll Do

    • Support employee lifecycle activities (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding)
    • Manage and update HR records, documentation, and digital filing systems
    • Prepare HR reports, meeting notes, memos, and official communications
    • Handle employee queries relating to pay, attendance, and benefits
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
    • Maintain and track performance reviews, leave records, and disciplinary actions
    • Support audits, HRIS updates, and policy compliance
    • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative support role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
