Executive Assistant at African Food and Consumable Goods

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate local/international travel.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Assist with project tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
• Organize meetings, events, and virtual sessions as needed.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility to work hybrid.
