Digital Content & Social Media Associate at Care Possibilities International Ministries (CPIM) Africa

Role Overview:

We are seeking to engage a creative and resourceful individual to support its brand visibility and communication goals through social media management and content creation. This is a project-based engagement (not full-time employment), designed for candidates who can deliver measurable outcomes within defined timelines.

Scope of Work

The engaged candidate will be responsible for:

Social Media Management

•  Managing and scheduling content across CPIM’s official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
•  Monitoring audience engagement and responding to comments/messages as directed.
• Proposing strategies to grow audience reach, improve brand visibility and create opportunities for funding. 

 Content Creation

• Developing creative and engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations, reels, articles, etc.).
• Creating campaign-specific content for CPIM initiatives and events.
• Ensuring consistency with CPIM’s brand guidelines.

 Performance Tracking & Reporting

•  Providing analytics reports on reach, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
• Suggesting improvements based on insights from data.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of social media tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
•  Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver on time.
•  Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
•  Familiarity with current social media trends and algorithms.
•  Residence in Lagos and Ogun state axis Nigeria (for ease of collaboration).

Terms of Engagement

• Nature of Engagement: Project-based, not full-time employment. This is reviewable. 
• Timeline: Each project will have a defined start and completion date.
• Ownership: All content created under this engagement shall be the exclusive property of CPIM.
• Confidentiality: Candidate must not disclose or misuse any confidential information related to CPIM.
