HR Lead
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos

Responsibilities
- Assist with all internal and external HR- related matters.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Assist with payroll and budget monitoring.
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related qualification such as CIPM is essential.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources within a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Labour law and employment equity regulations.
- Remarkable organisational, record-keeping and people management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proximity to the office is an added advantage.
