    HR Lead

    Rotic Aluminium Extrusion is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Lead to oversee all aspects of human resources management at our fast-growing manufacturing facility. This is a critical leadership role focused on building a compliant, high-performance workforce aligned with the company’s operational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management
    • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary frameworks that align with Nigerian labor laws and company values
    • Manage payroll administration and employee benefits, including HMO and leave tracking
    • Support managers with workforce planning, shift structuring, and performance improvement processes
    • Foster employee engagement and retention through structured feedback, coaching, and communication strategies
    • Handle internal investigations, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems
    • Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to align HR strategy with company objectives
    • Coordinate accommodation and onboarding support for out-of-town and expatriate staff
    • Champion a culture of professionalism, compliance, and continuous improvement across all departments

    Requirements:

    • BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector
    • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
    • Good understanding of compensation, benefits, and employee relations
    • Proficiency in HR software or ERP systems is an advantage
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
    • Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
