HR Intern (NYSC) at Nicole Sinclair Consulting

Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources NYSC youth corper to join our team and provide invaluable support to our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and other administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with posting job openings on various platforms and managing incoming applications.
• Assist with various day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement programs for clients.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs.
• Assist in generating reports to support decision making processes.
• Contribute to various HR projects, collaborate with team members on projects.
• Attend to every other task as assigned by the Lead Consultant.

Requirements:

• BSc in Human Resources or other related social science field.
• 1 year work experience is required.
• Effective written and speaking communication skills.
• Fast computer typing skills (MS office and Excel, in particular).
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Must live around Anthony, Maryland and its environs.
• Must be currently serving. (NYSC)
