Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
HR certification is required (CIPM, SPHRI, aPHR)
4 - 6 years years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in the management consulting sector.
Ability to clearly communicate with the team without ambiguity
Excellent organizational and people management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Conversant with HRMS and Google Workspace
Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
