    HR Executive

    About Role

    • Africa Prudential is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the Human Resources team in executing key HR functions. The HR Executive/Analyst candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administrative duties.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the hiring managers (including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments)
    • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
    • Assist in administering employee benefits, leave management, and payroll-related documentation.
    • Support performance management processes, including tracking performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.
    • Coordinate training programs from collating training needs to identifying training providers to post training evaluation.
    • Coordinate all HR-related staff engagement activities.
    • Assist with employee relations by responding to inquiries and escalating concerns as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, supporting HR audits and regulatory requirements.
    • Contribute to HR reports, analytics, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
    • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or any related field.
    • HR Certification from CIPM (is an added advantage)
    • 2 - 3 years’ experience in the HR field
