We seek a talented and results-oriented HR & Customer Care Specialist (Female) to join our exciting startup ventures. In this pivotal role, you'll play a dual role, fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our growing team while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
HR Focus: Manage the HR lifecycle for startup teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices and legal compliance.
Partner with leadership to cultivate an attractive employer brand and secure top talent.
Customer Care Focus: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, etc.), addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that extends to our valued customers.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in either HR or customer service, with a strong understanding of both areas preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred).
Proven track record of success in building strong client and employee relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
