This is a full-time on-site role for an HR/Crewing Officer, located in Lekki.
The HR/Crewing Officer will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating crewing activities, and overseeing operations management.
Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining crew schedules, handling crew-related communications, and supporting the overall ship management operations.
The HR/Crewing Officer will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Managing Crews and Crewing skills
Operations Management and Ship Management skills
Strong Communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the offshore Oil and Gas, Marine industry is a plus
