    HR & Crewing Admin Officer

    Overall Purpose of the Job

    • Supporting the HR, Crewing and Administration functions.

    Core Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the employment, onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company requirements and relevant regulations.
    • Assist with HR communications to employees and handle basic employee queries, directing more complex issues to a supervisor.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings and conferences including employee engagement initiatives / events.
    • Handle incoming correspondence both electronic and physical, organizing into files or directing to the appropriate personnel.
    •  Organize printing of ID cards, vouchers, and other company documents.
    • Arrange document management as directed by the supervisor.
    • Support in the maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for office premises.
    • Office communications and documents filing.
    • Liaise with the FPSO management, crewing agents, contractors, and others involved in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of crew movements.
    • Support the documentation, update and verification of crew certifications, licenses, and training.
    • Provide support for the smooth functioning of the office.

    HSE Responsibilities: 

    • Responsible for maintaining a high degree of awareness. 
    • Lead by doing; setting an example for others. 
    • Observe and report any unsafe activities, conditions, or situations.
    • If you observe anything unsafe use the ‘Stop Work’ Policy.

    Qualifications / Skills / Experience Required:

    • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or similar. 
    • 1 - 3 years’ experience in HR, Crewing and / or Administration functions, preferably in the offshore Oil & Gas or Maritime industry. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities. 
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
