• Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, appraisals, and professional development plans.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of industry trends.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI.
• Experience in organizational development and change management.
