Role Overview

As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing effective HR strategies tailored to our organizational needs. You will work closely with management and employees to enhance workforce productivity, engagement, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct HR audits and needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
• Assist in the development of compensation and benefits strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Offer coaching and support to management on HR-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•  5 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
