Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Economics or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and federal and state respective employment laws
Must have an accredited HR certification i.e., PHR/SPHR
