HR Assistant at Respected Solutions and Investment Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Additional Requirement:

• Candidates must reside in close proximity to Ikota, Ajah (or be willing to relocate)
