Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration
• Assist in coordinating training programs and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle general HR inquiries and support employee relations activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
