    HR Assistant

    Position Overview

    • As an HR Assistant at Danuwa Empowerment Foundation, you will be an essential part of our Human Resources team, contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations.
    • Your responsibilities will involve providing administrative support to various HR functions and assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
    • Support new employee onboarding, including orientation and documentation.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
    • Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts and HR reports.
    • Help in managing employee benefits and leave entitlements.
    • Contribute to employee relations by assisting in resolving inquiries and concerns.
    • Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal-setting.
    • Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines in all HR-related activities.
    • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive HR information.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is desirable but not mandatory.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is a plus.
