As an HR Assistant at Danuwa Empowerment Foundation, you will be an essential part of our Human Resources team, contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations.
Your responsibilities will involve providing administrative support to various HR functions and assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Support new employee onboarding, including orientation and documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts and HR reports.
Help in managing employee benefits and leave entitlements.
Contribute to employee relations by assisting in resolving inquiries and concerns.
Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and training sessions.
Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal-setting.
Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines in all HR-related activities.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive HR information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is a plus.
