    HR and Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Employee Engagement: Measure the level of employee satisfaction, motivation, and commitment within the organization through surveys, feedback, and other engagement indicators.
    • Recruitment and Selection: Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment and selection process, including time-to-fill positions, quality of hires, and cost per hire.
    • Training and Development: Track the number of employees participating in training programs, their skill development progress, and the impact of training initiatives on employee performance.
    • Employee Retention: Measure employee turnover rate, identify reasons for attrition, and develop strategies to improve employee retention.
    • Performance Management: Assess the implementation and effectiveness of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Compliance: Monitor HR and administrative compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and internal policies.
    • HR Metrics: Track and analyze various HR metrics, such as absenteeism, time-to hire, turnover costs, training investment, and HR-related expenses.
    • HR Process Efficiency: Evaluate the efficiency of HR processes, such as onboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, and record keeping, by monitoring process timelines and accuracy.
    • Employee Relations: Measure employee satisfaction with workplace relationships, communication channels, conflict resolution, and the effectiveness of employee feedback mechanisms.
    • Cost Management: Monitor HR and administrative costs, including budget adherence, cost per employee, and cost reduction initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BA or BSc Degree with 3-5 years of work experience
