    HR Analyst

    Summary

    • The Human Resource Analyst will ensure that the goals and objectives of the HR team are achieved by providing support to the department as required.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    The Human Resource Analyst will be assisting the Human Resource Manager in the following:

    • Establishing and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance in human resources policies and procedures
    • Liaising with HMO to ensure staff are registered and enrolled when required
    • Managing the smooth functioning of the office support systems in the most cost-effective manner
    • Sourcing for the best fit talents into vacant positions, screen CVs and conduct interviews and assessments, carry out due diligence and advise appropriately on selected candidates and coordinate the onboarding of new hires
    • Update the team’s buddy list, and other group platforms
    • Periodically circulate relevant notifications regarding learning and development opportunities.
    • Any other assigned tasks given.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
    • A minimum of 1 year work experience (Relevant HR experience during NYSC is eligible).

    Skills:

    • High level attention to detail
    • Basic use of Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to keep documents well organized.
