    HR/Administrative Manager

    Job Summary 

    • As the HR/Administrative Manager, you will lead and oversee human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, office administration, procurement, and compliance to ensure operational efficiency and a productive workplace.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR and administrative policies, procedures, and internal structures.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
    • Manage office facilities, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
    • Oversee employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive work culture.
    • Organise and coordinate team meetings, internal communication, and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and digital/physical filing systems.
    • Monitor HR and administrative expenses, assist in budget preparation, and ensure cost-effective operations.
    • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
    • Serve as a liaison between management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.

    Minimum Eligibility Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative management.
    • Relevant certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, PMI, or equivalent (a plus).
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR software.
    • Ability to handle confidential information and ensure HR compliance.
    • Experience in staff supervision, labor law compliance, and performance management.
    • Knowledge of project management and construction procurement (a plus).
