    HR & Admin Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate all recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate pool management, and timely communication with candidates.
    • Post job offers, maintain recruitment tracking tools, and manage candidate files to ensure data accuracy. (Job announcements, recruitment tools, initial contact with candidates…).
    • Assist with venue leasing and company registration, be responsible for the procurement of office supplies, staff reception, accommodation and vehicle arrangement, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
    • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources

    Required Skills

    • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
    • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
    • Attention to detail and good judgement
