    HR & Admin Executive

    • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
    • Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain a positive work environment by fostering open communication.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping up-to-date with changes in regulations.
    • Record Management: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
    • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and coordinate administrative functions.
    • Training and Development: Organize training programs and employee development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
    • Payroll and Benefits Management: Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management systems.
    • Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events and employee engagement activities to promote team collaboration and morale.
    • Must be willing to resume immediately
