Job Profile

• We are looking for Hotel and Apartment Manager to manage our facilities as well as our short let apartments, ensuring that all facilities are functioning well.

Job Description

• Ensure guests are properly greeted and received
• Ensure check-in and check out processes of guests are being handled properly
• Make reservations for guests over the telephone or in-person in orderly manner
• Prepare bills, perform other cashiering functions and ensure payment are made accordingly.
• Oversee the work of housekeeping staff and supplies inventory. Ensure rooms are well cleaned up after usage.
• Provide accurate information of attraction centres and services around the hotel
• Maintain incidents reports and daily activities report for management use
• Escalate any technical and electrical issues to technical units

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel management or other related fields from a reputable University.
• A Female will be preferable.
• Must have worked in a hotel. (Compulsory)
• Must have had 4 - 7 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Should reside on the island.
