Hotel Receptionist at Lazeto Hotels

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in/check out guests.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.
• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use hotel management software.
• Must reside within zango area.
