Job Summary

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Teams: Manage front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff.
• Guest Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Operations Coordination: Monitor check-in/check-out processes, room readiness, and inventory.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational feedback.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements

• HND or BSc Degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
• NYSC certificate.
• 2 - 5 years experience in a supervisory role in a hotel (front desk or operations preferred).
• Proximity to work location (agege, ogba, ikeja, ojodu berger, ojota, akute, ketu) axis.
