Hotel Manager at Landmark Africa Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.) run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Implement high standards for service delivery and consistently monitor guest feedback to make improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to drive occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage budgets, forecast financials, and control operational costs without compromising quality.
• Champion the Landmark Africa culture and deliver consistently outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on operational approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in improving service standards, financial performance, and staff engagement.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service best practices.
