ABOUT THIS JOB
Major areas of responsibility/management include, but are not limited to, employment, wage and salary administration, benefits, training, employee/labor relations, organizational development and payroll. Work closely with the General Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the hotel's goals and objectives.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration and other related disciplines. A Master's Degree will be of added advantage.
Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in hotel human resource management.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
