Job Summary:

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of guest room floors and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms, and maintaining quality service standards.

Requirement

• OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field,
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a reputable hotel
• Ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals on time, Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance and Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties
