    Hostess

    Job Summary:

    • We seek a friendly, organized, and attentive Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • *Greet and Welcome*: Greet guests warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries.
    • *Reservation Management*: Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
    • *Seating*: Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring optimal table utilization.
    • *Customer Service*: Address customer concerns, provide menu information, and offer assistance.
    • *Communication*: Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
      Special Requests*: Accommodate special requests, such as birthday celebrations or special occasions.

    Requirements:

    • Previous Experience: 1+ year of hosting or customer service experience.
    • Excellent Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
