Hospitality Trainer & Assessor – Reception Services at Dewdrop Institute

Dewdrop Institute is seeking experienced Front Office/Reception professionals to serve as Trainers and Assessors for our globally recognized Diploma in Reception Services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in hotel front office/reception operations.
• Strong knowledge of guest service, reservations, check-in/check-out, and front desk systems.
• Prior teaching/training or assessor experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
