Role Summary

• Drive business growth across Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, and QSRs in Port Harcourt and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquisition: Prospect and onboard high-value HORECA accounts.
• Account Management: Build strong ties with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, and Procurement Leads.
• Sales Growth: Secure menu inclusions, negotiate terms, and hit monthly volume targets.
• Field Execution: Conduct product samplings and execute daily route plans (PJP) via SFA tools.
• Credit Control: Ensure prompt payment collections to maintain zero overdue receivables.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc / HND in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or Hospitality.
• Experience: 2–4 years direct HORECA / FMCG sales experience in Port Harcourt or Niger Delta.
• Network: Established connections with local hospitality decision-makers.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, route planning, and SFA tool usage.
