Puffin Group Limited Invites Expressions of Interest from reputable, competent, and financially capable companies/vendors for prequalification into its database of approved suppliers and contractors for the provision of Works, Services, and Goods.

SCOPE OF WORK

Interested and eligible companies may express interest in one or more of the following broad categories. Please indicate the specific category/categories of items your company wishes to be prequalified for, as detailed in the table below:

Note: Companies may select one or multiple categories across Works, Services, and Goods, provided they can furnish evidence of relevant competence, experience, and capacity for each category selected.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Interested companies are required to submit the following documents:

1. Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
2. Company Profile, including evidence of similar jobs executed in the last Six (6) Months
3. Tax Clearance Certificate (last 3 years)
4. Evidence of Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration
5. Audited Financial Statements (last 3 years)
6. Valid means of identification of company directors
7. List of key personnel and technical qualifications
8. Any other relevant certifications or licenses backing the category applied for
