Healthcare Operations Manager at Candor Consulting

Requirements: 

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Strategy/Healthcare Management) strongly preferred. 
• 8–12 years’ progressive experience in Strategy, Business Management, or Consulting, with at least 4 years in the healthcare industry. 
• Strong background in healthcare operations, systems, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability in data-driven decision-making, financial forecasting, and performance reporting. 
• Certification in Strategic Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Process Management, or Change Management is an advantage. 
• Proven experience and expertise in working with Balanced Scorecard and Power BI. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
