Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Supervisor at Asphalt Unity Construction Limited

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Supervisor to oversee safety standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a culture of safety across all operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HSE policies, risk assessments, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and enforce HSE policies, standards, and procedures on site.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
• Lead incident/accident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Provide HSE induction, training, and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, company policies, and international best practices.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• Relevant HSE certifications 
• Minimum of at least 5 years’ experience in a similar HSE supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
