Job Summary

As our Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of the bank. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to formulate long-term business plans, identifying growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and ensure the bank’s strategies align with its corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive management, business units, and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of the bank’s strategic initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and align with the bank’s strategic goals.
• Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of new strategies and processes.
• Develop and implement a system for tracking and monitoring the progress of key strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

• BSc in a related field from a reputable institution; MBA or professional certification (ACIB, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning or management consulting
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies in the banking or financial services sector.
