Head, SME Lending at Fast Credit Limited

• Fast Credit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head, SME Lending to lead our SME portfolio and drive growth across the segment.
• This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in SME lending, governance, collections, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow SME lending portfolio in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead sales, product innovation, and channel development initiatives that enhance market share.
• Oversee governance, credit risk, and portfolio quality, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Drive effective collections and recovery strategies to maintain asset quality.
• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and performance management for the SME team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services sales, with at least 6 years in SME lending.
• Strong track record of driving SME lending growth and achieving commercial targets.
• Proven expertise in governance, risk management, and credit portfolio oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage collections, recovery, and high-performing teams.
