Our client, a leading real estate firm, is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented professional to head their Sales & Letting Unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales and lettings, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Source, market, and manage properties for sale and for letting.
Handle enquiries from potential clients and provide professional guidance.
Conduct property inspections with clients.
Negotiate and close property sales and letting transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information (both physical and digital).
Identify and bring new properties into the company’s portfolio.
Support marketing and promotional initiatives, producing regular performance reports.
Assess client needs and financial capacity to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare financial projections and analysis of real estate sales transactions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Estate Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in a similar role within the Lagos real estate market.
Strong knowledge of the Lagos Island real estate landscape.
Must reside in a location with convenient access to Victoria Island.
Valid driving skills (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively.
Confident, sociable, and professional in client interactions.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: N6,000,000 per annum.
Commissions: Highly attractive commission structure (with potential annual earnings of up to N10,000,000 in commissions).
