    Head, Sales and Commercials

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Lead and manage all sales reps, outlets, and channels.
    • Develop sales plans, forecasts, and monitor performance against these targets.
    • Ensuring that all commercial activities meet and improve on budget, cost, volume and exceed targets in line with the company’s objective.
    • Oversee the sales and marketing team to ensure effective brand management and promotional activities.
    • Develop and implement marketing plans that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Manage and measure the commercial performance of our digital channels and platforms.
    • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and product availability.
    • Analyse financial performance, set target and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Submission of all sales report to the management.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any related discipline.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing or a related field.
    • Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to analyse market data and financial information to inform decision.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
