Head, Regional Agency at Hope Payment Service Bank

Job Functions:

• Successful Onboarding of Agent Managers and Agents
• Responsible for the profit and loss of the region
• Ensure full complement of Relationship Managers are recruited for the region
• Responsible for the day to day running of the region
• Ensure continued growth of Agents and Agent managers
• Train agents on new services introduced by the Bank 
• Monitor and manage Agent transactions in various locations
• Ensure staff appraisals, team meetings and personal development programs are in place for the team
• Ensure regional costs are kept in line with budget
• Preparing monthly report showing the various income lines which is presented to management
• Carry out HR related duties at the regional level
• Carry out any other duty that may be assigned by management

Educational Requirement

• Minimum of first degree is required while Master’s degree and professional qualification or accreditation is desirable
• Functional knowledge of Agency Business
• A sound analysis of current market/ competitive positioning
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 - 8 years post-graduation experience in Banking, Mobile Money, Aggregators, Telcos, Micro Finance, Banking/Financial Services sectors
