Job Summary

• The Head, Outsourcing oversees the delivery of HR Outsourcing operations and service delivery covering Halogen’s guard force and other outsourced roles.
• This covers workforce planning; recruitment and onboarding; employee services; employee engagement and related support to services to ensure high performance, employee engagement and retention levels, that would facilitate achievement of our client’s strategic objectives.
• The jobholder will manage clients and other strategic relationships for best business outcomes including portfolio retention and expansion, and provide technical support for sales and business development.
