Head of Swimming, Tennis & Athletics at City Sports Group

Overview

• This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of quality training programs in swimming, tennis, and athletics. The ideal candidate will supervise coaches, manage training schedules, and support athlete development at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sport-specific coaching plans and weekly training schedules.
• Supervise and guide sports coaches to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate athlete assessments, competitions, and inter-school sports events.
• Ensure all training and sporting activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support talent identification and pathway development for young athletes.
• Drive program growth and revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing or coaching youth sports programs.
• Expertise in at least one of the three sports is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
