Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lagos, with some remote work allowed.
• The Head of Supply Chain Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of supply chain professionals to ensure that the company's supply chain functions operate efficiently.
• They will lead the procurement process, develop and implement supply chain strategies, and ensure that customer service expectations are met or exceeded.
• The Head of Supply Chain Management will also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and logistics processes, monitoring performance metrics, and building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

• Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Procurement skills
• Team Leadership and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in supply chain management and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Professional certification in supply chain management or logistics is a plus
