Responsibilities

• Support the development of long-term organisational strategy.
• Identify threats and opportunities.
• Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholder.
• Assess market trends and competitors.
• Present findings, projections and recommended actions.
• Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects.
• Monitor and reporting on projects.
• Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics or other relevant subject.
• An MBA is also highly desirable.
• 5 - 7 years' experience in the microfinance industry.
• Capital Market experience is also an added advantage
• Managing a team is a must.
