    Head of Sales

    Overview

    • FMR Agency is recruiting a high-performing Head of Sales to drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion for a fast-growing fashion and retail organization.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building high-performing teams, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue performance across multiple sales segments.
    • This role requires a results-driven sales leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution to achieve ambitious growth targets.
    • Ultimately, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a scalable sales organization capable of supporting business expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth
    • Identify and penetrate new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels
    • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team
    • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics across the sales team
    • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
    • Develop sales forecasting models and revenue growth plans
    • Build and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners
    • Lead negotiations for major deals and partnerships
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen sales execution
    • Implement sales systems and processes that support scalable growth
    • Drive expansion into new territories and retail channels

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • MBA or advanced business qualification is an added advantage
    • 5+ years experience in sales leadership roles
    • Proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets
    • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
    • Experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is preferred.
