- Develop and execute a comprehensive hospital-wide quality and safety strategy.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate accreditation readiness (e.g., ISO, JCI, COHSASA).
- Drive quality improvement initiatives across clinical and operational units.
- Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and root cause analyses.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to safety, compliance, and patient outcomes.
