Head of Operations at Nairametrics

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage the overall operational activities of the company, ensuring that all business functions work seamlessly to achieve our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring processes are efficient and align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to improve productivity and achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows and maintain high standards of performance.
• Oversee recruitment and HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and operational benchmarks to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
• Represent the organization in external forums, industry events, and business partnerships, promoting the company\'s reputation and interests.
• Provide strategic input to leadership and support in decision-making processes.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment through strong leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and cross-functional collaborations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving operational excellence.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
