Head of Marketing/Branch Manager at Pushresume NG

We are hiring for a Micro Finance Bank, with four branches in Lagos State.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the Branch Portfolio (Deposit & Credit).
• Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
• Develop a strategy & roadmap for improving the financial performance of the branch with lasting relationships with customers.
• Create a culture of high performance among staff within the branch.
• Ensure that branch procedures are followed to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate Credit Appraisal & Deposit Mobilization on the branch level.
• Drive the actualization of financial and non-financial targets.
• Create monthly reports for the marketing department.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Drive the branch team to ensure that customers’ needs are met.
• Coordinate business development initiatives at the branch level.
• Champion branch reporting and inter-branch dealings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years post-graduate experience as a Manager in the Micro Finance space, three (3) of which must have been in a related position in a micro-finance bank.
